Hakusan

Our charred Hakusan wall paneling is a gesture to the Japanese traditional finishing technique.  Charring the surface of the boards creates a material that is resistant to fire, rot, and insects while simultaneously resulting in a beautiful texture and color.  Hakusan features high raised black grain wth no “crackling”.  This product showcases the color from the underlying pine and strong bold lines. If your project calls for more colorful solutions, our Carbon wall paneling is a version of Hakusan with a wide hue range of custom finishes while still maintaining the deep black lines.
