The brainchild of acclaimed Richmond chefs Lee Gregory (The Roosevelt chef/owner) and Joe Sparatta (Heritage chef/owner), Southbound boasts locally and regionally sourced ingredients. We provided materials in keeping with this ethos by repurposing the reclaimed oak and brown board used in this project from a grain storage barn (built c. 1895) located in Southwestern Virginia in the heart of the New River Valley in Dublin. From culinary fare to ambiance, Southbound offers an experience that is uniquely mid-Atlantic.
