STAIR COMPONENTS

Our capacity to produce stairs treads, risers and landings is limitless. Our mills in Virginia are capable of kiln drying wood on-site, allowing for species and customizations outside of other manufacturers’ capabilities and with shorter lead times. Using a radio frequency hydraulic press system, we can assemble 1000 treads in a day. This top-of-the-line assembly process prevents distortion in the material and provides high quality stair components with supreme durability.

With a huge range of finishes from oils to aluminum oxides, our finishing capabilities are sure to match your project’s aesthetics while withstanding the demands of high traffic wear.

Our custom millwork team can cut your tread packages to specification from standard rectangles to spiral staircases and sharp angles.

Whether you are looking for 12 stairs for a residence or 1200 stairs for an apartment building, we have you covered.

In house design work may incur a fee. We have set minimums for custom work. Please inquire for more information here or by calling your sales representative.
